This heavy duty exhaust muffler is professionally TIG welded and specially designed to be welded directly to your existing exhaust pipe setup. Ideal for custom applications such as mini bikes, go karts, mud motors, generators, pressure washers, small tractors, and more.

This muffler helps reduce exhaust sound while still maintaining good exhaust flow. Please note, it will NOT eliminate sound completely. Final sound level will vary depending on engine size, RPM, carburetor setup, and overall exhaust configuration.

Finish Information

This muffler does NOT have paint or coating applied.
It comes in raw bare metal finish exactly as shown in the photos.

Because this is bare metal, surface discoloration, oxidation, or light surface rust may develop over time depending on storage and weather exposure. Many customers choose to paint or coat the muffler before installation.

Important Information

• Designed to be welded to your existing exhaust pipe
• Recommended existing exhaust pipe OD: 1.25" to 1.50"
• Recommended for engines approximately 10 HP to 18 HP
• Muffler outlet pipe size: 1.25" OD
• A flex exhaust pipe can be installed on the outlet side if desired
• Flex pipe is NOT included and must be ordered separately
• Make sure the flex pipe has a true 1.25" ID for proper fitment

Construction Details

Inside this muffler is a stainless steel baffle only.
There is NO fiberglass or packing material inside.

The rear welding section of the muffler is made from 304 stainless steel, allowing it to be welded to either stainless steel tubing or mild steel tubing.
